Colorado  Outdoors is developing 165 acres along the famed Uncompahgre River into  an outdoor-rich commercial, residential, and industrial campus.

The masterplan campus is composed of approximately 670,000 square feet of development. The  project sites are a blend of hotels, restaurants, retail shops, office  spaces, and modern housing units, with abundant open space and trail  access.
